1. Browse to the dashboard and select heatmaps, then click New heatmap.
2. Choose your website in the drop-down menu, edit the project name if you wish, and set the Canvas URL you want to show the heatmap results on, then click Create heatmap.

4. Click Edit Audience
4. Create your audience by adding statements, then click Save, and then exit the window by clicking the x.
5. (Optional) If you do not want to collect data from all visitors you can set Sampling to lower than 100%. For example setting this to 50% will only register every other visitor's clicks.
6. Select the page you want to show the heatmap on and make sure that it fits with your Audience setting. Then press Preview to check your audience. After that click Save and close.
7. Activate your Heatmap by clicking the project in the dashboard and choosing Activate in the menu.
