If your website isn't responsive or for some other reason does not switch over to mobile view when you click our mobile device button in the bottom bar you can use our full-width mode and then use the browser's own device simulation.
To do this simply;
- Open up the heatmap as usual (by clicking Show heatmap in the menu for the project).
- Copy the URL in the heatmap window and then close it.
- Open up a new tab and paste the URL and add &sg_full_width last in the URL and hit enter (make sure you allow popups)
- Right-click anywhere in the heatmap (1) and choose Inspect (2)
- Switch to Mobile mode in dev tools in Chrome (2)
- Choose Mobile device in the heatmap bottom bar (4)
